Ren Zhen Yu born in Tianiin in 1976 and graduated from The Tianiin Academy of Fine Art in 1999. His paintings have been recognised and appreciated by collectors and museums worldwide including Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Taipei and National Art Museum of China, Beiiing.

Ren Zhen Yu's artworks are very distinctive. He paints with scraper knives. Ren often paints portraits, landscapes or abstract full of vivid colours, and these colourful paintings bring high energy and faith to the audience. Ren presents these political icons in a heroic matter. His colour blocks enhance his paintings, they become more modern, and contemporary. Ren cleverly applies rainbow colours from his palette to his artworks, seemingly iust random without any patterns but they are indeed well-thought-out. Interpretation of his art creation:

Fomous icons like Choirmon Moo, Che Guevorvo, Andy Warhol, Bruce Lee, etc. are iust a few of the many which Ren is fond of painting. Ren Zhen Yu's painting technique manifests Mao in his brilliance, Andy Warhol in his mysterious and stern face, the legendary Michael Jackson in his charisma…Ren rebuilds the past with abstract expressionism, enabling these stars to radiant externally.

Ren Zhen Yu won the 7th National Oil Painting Scholarship known as "Luo Zhongli Art Scholarship"

​

He also won the 9th National Fine Art Exhibition organized at the Shanghai Art Museum in 1999.

​

Has had over 9 solo exhibitions in major cities such as Hong Kong, Beijing, Singapore, London and Amsterdam.

​

Has exhibited in group exhibitions internationally such as Hong 

Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, U.K., U.S.. Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Spain.

​

Ren Zhen Yu's artworks are well-collected and promoted by 

galleries and art collectors worldwide.
